At Johnson Transportation LLC, we aim to provide reliable, safe, and professional transportation and logistics services to all our clients. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund request. Please review the following Refund Policy for clarity and transparency.


1. Service Fees

All payments made for transportation, shuttle, cargo, or booking services are non-refundable once:

  • A trip has been confirmed,

  • A vehicle has been scheduled or dispatched, or

  • A driver has been assigned.

This is because resources, time, and operational planning are immediately allocated to your booking.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The service has not been scheduled, dispatched, or confirmed.

  • A double payment, system error, or technical billing issue occurred.

  • A cancellation request is submitted before the booking confirmation.


3. Refund Process

If your case qualifies for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 5 business days of the payment.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following conditions:

  • The ride, trip, or transport service has already been dispatched or completed.

  • The client or passenger fails to respond, is unavailable at pick-up time, or provides incorrect booking details.

  • Cancellation is requested after the driver or vehicle has been assigned or after service preparation has begun.
